Evidence Details
Thermodynamic evidence: source values include 12%, 65.30 °C, 68.86 °C.
When the addition amount of AARP was increased from 0% to 12%, the content of RDS was reduced from 48.66 ± 0.73% to 42.84 ± 1.72%, the content of SDS was increased from 18.72 ± 1.56% to 21.27 ± 1.89%, and the content of RS was increased from 32.62 ± 2.28% to 35.89 ± 1.08%.
Pressurized water extraction (PWE) of the polysaccharides from Anemarrhena asphodeloides rhizomes was optimized by the response surface method (RSM). The high yield of 34.82 ± 0.38% was gained under the optimal conditions of material to liquid ratio 42 mL/g, pressure 6.4 MPa, extraction temperature 51 °C, and extraction time 15.3 min.
As shown in Table 3, the yields of HWE, UAE, and WAE were 20.97 ± 0.44%, 30.86 ± 0.82%, and 28.99 ± 0.62%, respectively. Obviously, PWE was more efficient among these methods.
Additional source evidence: source values include 5.81 ± 0.19%, 92.11 ± 1.85%, 0.54 ± 0.09%, 72.13 ± 0.07%.
For comparison, the crude polysaccharides were extracted by UAE, MAE, and HWE. The ultrasonic power and microwave power were both set at 600 W. UAE and MAE were operated in an ultrasonic cleaning machine ... and dual control microwave digestion instrument (XH-800C, Beijing XiangHu Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., Beijing, China), separately.
Yield evidence: source values include 51 °C, 15.3 min, 34.82%.
Additional source evidence: source values include 62.79 ± 1.77%, 12%, 39.16 ± 1.49%.
Additional source evidence: source values include 20-60 mL, 40-80 °C, 10-30 min.
Additional source evidence: source values include 90%, 90 °C, 6 h.
Additional source evidence: source values include 4%, 8%, 12%.
Temperature: 60 ℃ / 90 ℃ / 80 ℃
Time: 6 h / 30 min / 15.3 min
Additional source evidence: source values include 5.23:2.54, 0.22:0.20.
